Award Summary:

The award of Solicitation No. 2020-1157 Bus Schedule Printing to Porfirio Diaz Exit LP dba PDX Printing for an initial term estimated award of $280,380.00.

 

Contract Variance:

The difference in cost, based on the comparison from previous contract is as follows: A decrease of $73,806.00 for the initial term, which represents a 20.84% decrease due to price decreases.

5.        The linkage to the Strategic Plan is subsection 7.3 – Enhance regional comprehensive transportation system. This contract will allow Sun Metro maintenance to purchase alternators required to maintain the bus fleet and meet buses specifications.

 

Award Summary:

Discussion and action on the award of Solicitation No. 2020-1141 New Alternators to Romaine Electric Corporation for an initial term estimated award of $389,100.00.  The award is to include a two (2) year optional amount of $259,400.00 for a total five (5) year award of $648,500.00.

 

Contract Variance:

The difference in cost, based on the comparison from previous contract is as follows: An increase of $188,400.00, which represents a 93.87% increase due to an additional line item and a 22.5% price increase on the other two line items.

In accordance with this award, the City Manager or designee is authorized to exercise future options if needed.
